I regret for Telkomsel GSM operators are not able to serve customers well. On 16 January 2010, I as a GSM subscriber (SIMPATI) wonder why there are no incoming calls or SMS at 07.00 until 13.00.
Then I try to send an SMS and try to call, was not at all. In fact, checking the pulse could not. I replace the phone was no effect. Then I set aside some time, eventually the signal at 17.00 even lost altogether.
Though the networks have the option of Telkomsel, but can not be selected. I think the problem with my sim card, then I send some message to colleagues in some areas with other operators. Apparently they give info if Telkomsel do not operate well, and only 20.00 Telkomsel can operate.
It is unfortunate, Telkomsel party does not give information via SMS to the customer. Though advertising and promotional information is always stop by! Even the mere apology or SMS notification does not exist! Pessimistic about the public service in this country. Hopefully someone can provide customer service as appropriate and hopefully be able to Telkomsel. Thank you.

Saya menyesalkan operator GSM sebesar Telkomsel yang tidak mampu melayani konsumennya dengan baik. Pada tanggal 16 Januari 2010, saya sebagai pelanggan GSM tersebut (SIMPATI) heran kenapa tidak ada panggilan atau SMS masuk pada pukul 07.00 sampai 13.00.
Lalu saya coba mengirim SMS dan mencoba panggilan, ternyata tidak bisa sama sekali. Bahkan, mengecek pulsa pun tidak bisa. Saya ganti ponsel pun tidak ada pengaruh. Lalu saya diamkan beberapa lama, akhirnya pada pukul 17.00 malah hilang sinyal sama sekali.
Padahal di pilihan network terdapat Telkomsel, tapi tidak bisa dipilih. Saya pikir masalah dengan sim card saya, maka saya kirim beberapa pesan kepada rekan di beberapa daerah dengan operator lain. Ternyata mereka memberi info kalau Telkomsel tidak beroperasi juga, dan baru pukul 20.00 Telkomsel bisa beroperasi.
Sangat disayangkan, pihak Telkomsel tidak memberi informasi melalui SMS kepada pelanggan. Padahal informasi iklan dan promo selalu mampir! Bahkan SMS sekedar meminta maaf ataupun pemberitahuan tidak ada! Pesimis dengan pelayanan publik di negeri ini. Mudah-mudahan ada yang bisa memberikan pelayanan konsumen sebagaimana layaknya dan semoga Telkomsel mampu. Terima kasih.
